Uploaded Image Requirements

Follow the guidelines below to ensure you receive nothing less than awesome prints when uploading your images for processing through our site.

  • Image Essentials

    • Resolution: 300 DPI or higher
    • Format: PNG
    • No mirrored images
    • No neon, florescent, and/or highlighter colors
    • Check for overlapping images and that images are within the borders of the print area

  • Quality Assurance

    While we do our best to ensure you receive the highest quality prints possible, we do not make any adjustments to the files you upload and will print what you submit. During our complimentary quality check, we will not be able to notice pixelation, haziness, or low quality prior to printing your files.

    If we identify an issue with your files, we will notify and provide you with options before printing and shipping your order.

  • Pro Tips for Awesome Uploads

    • Always upload the highest quality image possible.
    • Be cautious with DPI converters, as some only shrink your image, which will reduce your image quality.
    • Crafting on Canva? Slide that quality bar to the right before hitting transparent and saving.
    • MAC user? Avoid converter programs or post-saving conversions. Compression might shrink your gang sheet from 22" to 7" – the results will NOT be awesome.
