Shipping Policy

We want you to quickly enjoy your products, so we process and ship them as soon as possible to maintain short turn-around times. Our current turn-around time (TAT) will always be displayed in the website banner and starts on the first business day following placement of your order, regardless of the time your order was placed. In addition, updates regarding any delays are communicated through our newsletter, direct emails, Facebook group, social media, and our website.

Please note that the TAT only starts once we have printable files for your order. If there is any issue with your files that causes a printing delay, your TAT will start the next business day.

Business days DO NOT include federal holidays and weekends.

Combining orders will introduce a one-business day delay to your order.

Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Shipping Policy on the website, update the "LAST UPDATED" date and take any other steps required by applicable law.

Carrier Processing

Once orders are ready to ship, shipping labels are promptly printed, however, it may take up to 72 hours before tracking information is populated in the carrier’s system.

Packages are collected by our carriers daily Monday through Friday.

Please be aware that our local post office may not scan every order immediately, often waiting until it reaches the distribution center. This process can take 48-72 hours, especially during peak times.

Once your package leaves our hands, it's beyond our control, and may the odds be ever in your favor. But seriously, If your order is missing less than 15 business days, we recommend filing a lost package claim with the carrier responsible for your delivery. For instances over 15 business days, please reach out to us at shop@faprints.com and we will promptly assist you. FYI, insurance coverage is available for an additional cost during the checkout process, and we highly recommend you take advantage of that service.

Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there may be potential shipping delays. We appreciate your patience during those times.

Tracking Updates

We strongly encourage you to actively monitor tracking updates by contacting the carrier for your order for the latest and most accurate information regarding your shipment's status. We will not have any additional updates outside of what they will provide to you.
